Who we are

This website is operated by SIDERAL GLOBAL GROUP SpA ("SIDERAL", "we"), a company registered in Chile, trading as SIDERAL Global Talent Agency, with offices in Dubai (UAE), Lisbon (Portugal) and Santiago (Chile). For any privacy question, write to booking@sideralagency.com.

What data we collect

Booking enquiries: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, event details you share with us.
Artist applications: identity and contact data, nationality, professional history, photos, videos, links and documents you submit for verification (IVAC).
Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and referral source. IP addresses are anonymised.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To answer enquiries and prepare proposals (steps prior to a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding).
To evaluate, verify and represent artists (performance of the representation agreement and, where required, your consent).
To improve the website (your consent to analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary: with clients when proposing an artist (only the professional profile the artist has approved), with artists when coordinating a booking, and with service providers that host or process data for us, such as Netlify (website hosting and forms), Google (analytics) and WhatsApp/Meta (messaging). We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Because we operate across the GCC, Europe and Latin America, data may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. When this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses used by our providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact. Artist profiles: while the artist remains on the roster and up to 24 months after leaving it. Accounting records: for the period required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to booking@sideralagency.com. If you are in the European Union you may also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Cookies

We use essential storage to remember your cookie choice, and Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them in the banner. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
