Promotional Use Authorization

I authorize the agency to use the material I have provided —photos, videos, recordings, or other artistic content— for promotional, publicity, and commercial presentation purposes only. This includes the possibility of such material being posted on social media, websites, or shared directly with potential clients, venues, or collaborators to promote professional or performance opportunities. This authorization does not imply any transfer of rights, exclusivity, or formal contractual relationship with the agency. Any specific contract or agreement will only be established if a client expresses genuine interest in hiring the artist.
